I've been organising Tech events for years. Of course, I've used the platforms you know well. But honestly, they're only good for counting heads to book the right size restaurant. So I wanted to build TheRemoteTribe — something far more community-driven, people centric.

These people gave their time and expertise to help build this platform. That's exactly what TheRemoteTribe is meant to make possible.
03 · The origin
TheRemoteTribe is backed by a recruitment firm specialised in Tech. After years of connecting people and companies, one thing became clear: making introductions works — but the relationship often stops at the signed contract.
The project was born from that gap. Not to replace recruitment, but to go further: give Tech professionals the tools to build their own communities, organise their own events, and create connections that last.
TheRemoteTribe is a free platform. The communities belong to their members.
